You can enter the contest by individually submitting your photos into our entry form on the photo contest main page. Click the "Enter Now" button and follow the steps on the form. You must accept the terms and conditions for your entry to be accepted, you can read the full terms on the contest main page. If you are entering more than one photo, each photo will need to be uploaded one at a time. This ensure you will be entered into the draw pool for each photo.
Who may enter:
The only requirement is that participants must be 18 years old or older. You do not need to have an established business to enter, and if you do have an income generating business you are welcome as well. Just share your setup, workspace or team and you qualify to enter!
i have a team photo, Can each member enter that photo
All the team members cannot submit that same photo as an entry. We will be able to see duplicate photos under different names, so those entries will be taken out of the drawing. Only the photographer or one selected member of the group can enter the photo.
How many entries can i submit?
You may submit up to 15 individual photo entries.
Does the photo have to be taken recently?
There is no requirement for a timeframe of when the photo was taken, so look through your camera roll or take the time now to take some new photos!
Can I redact a photo i just submitted?
No, once a photo is submitted it is property of UARF. Before submitting a photo read our full terms and conditions and if you have other people in the photo you must ask for their permission and verify at the time of entry that you have done so.
How do i RECEIVE the prize?
We are using, GiftRocket to distribute the prizes virtually so there is no hassle if you are not from the area! You can also choose from a variety of redeemable places from small businesses in the Cleveland area to chain stores around you.
When and how are the prizes announced?
The contest closes on August 6th and we plan to announce the winners on August 10th through our newsletter, and we will also contact the winners through the email addresses submitted on the entry form.
What are the photos going to be used for?
We want to involve and represent the community more by using familiar faces on our website as we do some revamping work, on our social media page to high light the local talent we have, in our newsletter and in other media.
